Panel Physicians play an important role in the immigration process. They help protect the health of Canadians providing Immigration Medical Examinations (IMEs).

We pay great attention in processing each client file and coordinate referrals, follow-up tests and recommendations when necessary to complete a medical examination.

Applicant’s photo will be taken at our office for the IME identification.

Urinalysis will done at our office at no additional cost.

The doctor will fill out a medical history questionnaire with you before the physical examination.

It is a MUST to bring an interpreter to the appointment if applicant does not speak or understand English fluently.

After your exam, our office will provide you the E-Medical document with your (IME/UMI) case number and photo for submission to IRCC. The proof of examination is valid for one year and can be applied to any other application categories if needed.

All medical results will be submitted electronically usually within 5-7 business days after completion of all required tests and examinations.

You will be notified if there is any abnormal test result.

If there is any further request or additional test, IRCC will contact you in writing directly.

Final decision regarding your medical exam will be made by IRCC.
